FAQ & Store Policies

Customer satisfaction
We guarantee the items will be shipped to you with the best possible care. All sales are considered final. If for some reason you want a refund or have a problem with your shipment, Faile must be contacted within 24 hours of receiving the item and we will do our best to help resolve your situation.

Delivery time
We cannot promise an exact delivery time. We do our best to get to the post office once a week, everyone always gets their stuff within 28 days, most within ten to twelve. Please be patient.

What is a Faile mixed media print?
Faile prints are works of art, they are not posters. They are hand-made by Faile using mixed media on a variety of paper weights. Many of the prints we do involve painting, penciling, stenciling and other printmaking techniques. Each piece is guaranteed original unless otherwise stated.

Why are some of the prints so expensive?
Because, for the most part, there is only one of each print made, making each print a one of a kind. They are painstakingly hand printed and painted and can take many days just to finish one print. Each print is done with love and care by Faile. No one will own a exact copy of the print you have purchased on our site. If you find another one it is certainly a counterfeit.

How is it sent?
Every effort is made to make sure your item reaches you in mint condition. It is mailed out in a tough cardboard box by special delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. BUYER is responsible for any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of the U.S. Faile is not responsible for any lost stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with shipping carrier.

How is it signed?
Prints are signed by FAILE in pencil.
